The quarters...
Schedule
your class here on the web scheduler to visit the Westchester library,
computer lab, or to use any of the other learning resources. Remember
that we are signing up for resources one quarter at a time, so please
only sign up your class for time slots to the end of the present quarter.
The quarter end dates are:
1st: October 19th
2nd: December 21st
3rd: March 8th
4th: May 31st
How
to...
To reserve a time slot for your class, type your network name in the available
time slot you want. No other information is necessary. The exception is
testing, and that information was already entered for you by the lab assistant.
The scheduler will email you a confirmation of your signup. If you don't
need that feature, let lab assistant or tech spec know and we can remove
it.
If you can not come
to your scheduled lab time, please take your reservation off that time
slot so another teacher can possibly use it. An email to the lab might
also be helpful.
You can view the whole week or month by selecting, at the bottom of the
screen, the week or month you want.
Watch out...
When the scheduler first comes up on your screen, it will be set to the
library. To view the computer lab schedule, or the schedule for any of
the other learning resources, select it in the list of resources on the
upper left of the screen. As you work with the scheduler reserving times
for yourself, please be aware that you might accidentally shift from the
resource you are trying to schedule, to another resource.
